I thoroughly enjoy working as an information technology leader within mid-to-large size organizations. I enjoy most working with a team of highly motivated individuals. My goal is always to meet my customer's expectations as to deliverables, timeframe, and economics while seeking ways to improve my group and my own productivity while being mindful of long-term architectural objectives. Achieving high business value through the use of information technology is the ultimate litmus test of success.

My objective as a leader is to meet the company goals and objectives while also meeting the goals and objectives of the individuals in my group.

The information technology profession requires a constant state of learning and producing. I find this to be rewarding and fulfilling.
