SEG - Calgary, Alberta

UpstreamInfo - an independent joint venture of EDS, Chevron, Raytheon,
and The Information Store - had its "grand opening" at the SEG Convention
in the summer of 2000 in Calgary. I had the wonderful experience of
working with some of the very best professionals in the oil and gas exploration
and production industry. Our founding CEO, George Steel, formed a
team of highly motivated and highly caring individuals. Yes...we ultimately
become one of the "dot goners," but what a grand adventure it was with
George, Marise, Norm, Jim, Jay, Nancy and others. 2000 was a year of
great hope and expectations!
